This topic provides information about billing patients.
The state legislature created UTHCPC as the prototype of a quality mental health care institution with a mission to do the following to improve the quality of life of the mentally disabled for a fee:

The Patient Account Services office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Exceptions: The office is closed on holidays.
UTHCPC makes every effort to cooperate with the patient and guarantor to establish successful payment plans.
